Our standard business hours for service request are from 10am - 4 pm Monday - Friday.

Emergency service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are requesting Emergency Service, please call our office at (606) 245-6039 and select Option 4 and your call will be forwarded to our on-call service technician.

All non-emergency request will be scheduled during our normal business hours. A dispatcher will reach out to you, during normal business hours, to confirm the best appointment time to fit your schedule.
